The OhioLINK catalog searches all the member libraries across the state of Ohio. It works the same way as the BGSU Catalog, however, it may find more items when you do a keyword search because it frequently searches the table of contents, not just the book record.
Requests to borrow books from OhioLINK are made online using your username and password (the same information that you use to get on MyBGSU)
The books may be delivered to any OhioLINK library convenient for you. If you request Firelands, the books will come here for you and we also send them back for you. You are notified with an email through your BGnet account and we will hold materials for ten days. You need your BG-One card to pick up material at the library.
This service is not used to request articles, only books, audiovisual materials (CD's/CD-Roms/Video's/DVD's, etc.).

Requires specific Library of Congress Subject Headings. The words have to be typed in the exact order used by Library of Congress
* It helps to start with a keyword search and use the results to determine useful Subject Headings.
We also have many E-Books (Electronic Books) here at BGSU-Firelands. Often times you will come across these in the catalog as electronic resources. These are not considered online resources, they are just regular books in a different format. See a list of the E-Book collections below.
